Brand Aid Receives Gold District ADDY Award
Nashville Web Design Firm Brand Aid Design Co., LLC, nabs another Gold at the ADDY® Awards District Level Competition.
On April 3, 2006, Brand Aid Design Co., LLC won its second Gold ADDY® award for the Ernest Hemingway® Furniture Collection web site in the National Advertising Federations District level awards competition. 400 total entries were received from North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia. Brand Aid won the only award in it’s class, and will now advance to the third stage of the competition, the International ADDY® Awards.The ADDY® Awards Competition is a three-tiered national competition conducted annually by the American Advertising Federation. The ADDY® Awards Competition is the advertising industry’s largest and most representative competition for creative excellence.
Brand Aid originally received a Gold ADDY® Award for their work with the Ernest Hemingway Furniture web site for Thomasville Furniture Industries, Inc. Brand Aid latched onto a strong concept in which Hemingway’s life and works provided the backdrop to represent the new furniture line in bold fashion. Every aspect of the website, from the text to the iconic imagery, reinforced the initial concept behind the project.
On a crisp Fall evening in October, 2003, Brand Aid Design Co., LLC was officially hatched. Since then, Brand Aid has worked on brands like like Combi, Merrill Lynch, Home Depot, Thomasville Furniture, Pearson Furniture, Hickory Chair, Ernest Hemingway® and Humphrey Bogart®.
